Acceptance of Terms
By interacting with the Crafters Development Bot in any way — whether by using a game command, receiving a moderation action, or simply being a member of the server where the Bot operates — you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
These Terms apply to all server members equally, regardless of their role, status, or prior history within the Crafters Development community. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should leave the server or cease all interaction with the Bot immediately.
About the Bot
The Crafters Development Bot is the official multifunctional Discord bot of the Crafters Development server. It serves two distinct audiences with two distinct sets of features:
- All server members have access to a collection of entertainment and game commands designed to engage and entertain the community.
- Server administrators and moderators have access to a full suite of moderation tools to enforce server rules, manage user behavior, and maintain a safe community environment.
Both feature sets operate within the same bot instance under the Crafters Development brand. The Bot is developed and maintained exclusively by xUnknowns as part of the Crafters Development brand.
User Commands (Games & Entertainment)
All members of the Crafters Development Discord server are permitted to use the public-facing game and entertainment commands provided by the Bot. These commands are intended to foster community engagement and a positive atmosphere within the server.
Permitted uses of user commands include:
- Using any game or entertainment command made publicly available to all server members
- Participating in Bot-hosted games, challenges, or interactive features in the designated channels
- Using commands respectfully, without intent to spam, flood, or disrupt other members' experience
Crafters Development reserves the right to modify, add, or remove user-facing commands at any time without prior notice.
Moderation Commands
The following moderation commands are available exclusively to server administrators and designated moderators. These commands are permission-gated and may not be accessed by regular server members.
- Ban — Permanently removes a user from the server and logs the action
- Mute — Restricts a user's ability to send messages for a defined period
- Kick — Removes a user from the server without a permanent ban
- Warn — Issues a formal warning to a user and records it in the sanction registry
- Interactive games and challenges available to all server members
- Entertainment commands designed to engage the community
- Commands accessible in designated server channels
- Additional features may be added or removed at any time
Administrators who have access to moderation commands are expected to use them responsibly, in good faith, and exclusively to enforce the Crafters Development server rules. Misuse of moderation commands by authorized personnel is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the removal of their administrative privileges.
Sanction Registry
Every moderation action executed through the Bot is automatically recorded in a persistent sanction registry stored in the Bot's local database. This registry serves as the official record of all disciplinary actions applied to users within the Crafters Development Discord server.
The following data is recorded for each moderation action:
- Discord username of the sanctioned user at the time of the action
- Discord user ID of the sanctioned user (permanent unique identifier)
- Type of sanction applied: ban, mute, kick, or warn
- Reason for the sanction as entered by the administrator who issued it
- Timestamp of when the sanction was applied
- Administrator username and ID of the staff member who issued the sanction
This registry exists to ensure transparency, accountability, and consistency in moderation decisions. It allows staff to review a user's disciplinary history when assessing future actions and prevents inconsistent or arbitrary enforcement of server rules.
Prohibited Use
The following actions are strictly prohibited for all users, including administrators, when interacting with the Crafters Development Bot:
- Unauthorized command access: Attempting to access moderation commands without the required server permissions, including through exploits, permission escalation, or social engineering
- Command spamming: Sending repeated commands in rapid succession with the intent to flood channels or disrupt other users' experience
- Abuse of moderation tools: Administrators issuing bans, mutes, kicks, or warnings without a legitimate rule-based justification, or using moderation commands for personal grievances
- False reason entries: Providing fabricated, misleading, or intentionally vague reasons when executing a moderation command, which compromises the integrity of the sanction registry
- Bot exploitation: Attempting to reverse-engineer, manipulate, or exploit the Bot's internal logic, permission system, or database to gain unauthorized access or alter stored records
- Impersonation: Using the Bot as part of a scheme to impersonate Crafters Development staff or misrepresent official moderation actions
- Harassment via commands: Using entertainment or game commands to target, mock, or harass specific users
Staff Authority & Responsibility
Administrators and moderators who are granted access to the Bot's moderation features hold a position of trust within the Crafters Development community. With that trust comes a clear set of responsibilities.
Authorized staff members are expected to:
- Apply moderation actions consistently and fairly, in accordance with the server's published community rules
- Always provide a clear, accurate, and honest reason when issuing any sanction through the Bot
- Treat all users — regardless of their role, reputation, or relationship to the staff team — equally under the server rules
- Refrain from using moderation tools to settle personal disputes, retaliate against users, or act outside their designated authority
- Escalate edge cases or complex situations to senior staff rather than acting unilaterally
Crafters Development reserves the right to review the moderation history of any staff member and to revoke moderation privileges from any administrator who is found to have abused their access, with or without prior warning.
User Conduct
All users of the Crafters Development Discord server — and by extension, all users who interact with the Crafters Development Bot — are expected to maintain a respectful, constructive, and good-faith standard of conduct at all times.
- Use game and entertainment commands in the spirit they were intended: for fun and community engagement
- Respect the outcomes of moderation actions issued through the Bot; do not attempt to circumvent or contest sanctions through unauthorized means
- Interact with the Bot and other server members with courtesy and respect at all times
- Report suspected misuse of the Bot or its moderation features through the proper channels (i.e., the Ticket Bot) rather than retaliating or escalating within the server
Sanctions & Appeals
Any moderation action issued through the Crafters Development Bot — including bans, mutes, kicks, and warnings — is considered an official decision by the Crafters Development staff team and is recorded in the sanction registry.
If you believe a sanction applied to you was issued in error, was unjust, or was based on inaccurate information, you have the right to submit a formal appeal through the following process:
- Open a support ticket using the Ticket Bot in the Crafters Development Discord server (if you still have access) or contact
xUnknownsdirectly via Discord - Clearly identify the sanction you are appealing, including the approximate date and the reason provided by the administrator
- Present your case clearly and respectfully, providing any relevant context or evidence that supports your appeal
- A senior staff member will review the sanction registry record and the evidence submitted and issue a decision
Appeal decisions are final. Crafters Development is under no obligation to reverse a sanction unless clear evidence of error or abuse of authority is presented. Appeals submitted in bad faith, with disrespectful language, or without substantive grounds will be dismissed.

This includes both regular users (restricted from game commands) and administrators (revocation of moderation access).
